02 The Scope

Women Chiropractors approached us to create a flexible visual system for their biennial convention that would allow each event to take on its own distinct theme and atmosphere. Through collaboration and strategic design, we worked together to develop themes and visual identities that celebrate and reinforce their mission of supporting and advancing women in the chiropractic profession.

To bring the convention theme to life across the entire attendee experience, Common Rise developed a comprehensive visual system applied across digital, print, and on-site materials.

03 Our Approach

Our Approach to Women Chiropractors Unconvention Branding
In developing the visual identity for the 2025 Unconvention, several key elements guided our creative approach. A strong feminine color palette was chosen to reflect the confidence, leadership, and growing influence of women within the chiropractic profession. Symbolism around imagination and forward thinking played an important role as well, reinforcing the theme of women reimagining what the future of chiropractic can become. Visual cues illustrating the movement from a historically male-dominated profession toward greater female leadership helped communicate the broader cultural shift occurring within the field. These elements were supported by bold typographic choices, creating a visual system that conveys strength, momentum, and the significance of this new era for women in chiropractic.

The visual identity for the 2025 Unconvention centers on the theme Reimagine: A New Era for Women, celebrating the growing influence of women within the chiropractic profession. A bold pink color was intentionally chosen to represent the strength, leadership, and confidence of the women helping shape the future of the field. The “imagine” bubble reinforces the core idea of the theme – women actively reimagining what chiropractic can look like in 2025 and beyond. A strong serif typeface supports this message, reflecting the boldness and authority of the movement.

The gradient dot pattern transitioning right to left from blue to pink visually represents this shift within the profession as women mentally go back to the beginning in order to reimagine the present and future. As the colors move from traditionally male-associated blue into vibrant pink, the design symbolizes the transformation occurring as women reshape the profession and bring new perspectives to the future of chiropractic.

A COHESIVE EVENT BRAND

These applications show how the Reimagine: A New Era for Women identity comes to life across the full convention experience. From printed materials and speaker guides to signage, apparel, and stage visuals, the visual system was designed to create a cohesive and immersive environment for attendees. The bold color palette, signature thought-bubble motif, and strong typography carry consistently across each touchpoint, reinforcing the theme of women reimagining the future of chiropractic. By extending the brand across both digital and physical elements of the event, the identity helped create a unified experience that visually communicated the strength, energy, and forward momentum of the Women Chiropractors community.

VIDEO/Graphics

In addition to the visual identity and event materials, we developed a series of video and motion graphic assets to support the convention experience. These included promotional videos for upcoming events and initiatives, main session countdown videos, and session introduction animations. The session intro video highlighted above builds on the core theme of the convention by visually illustrating the moment of change within the profession. A long line of blue dots (representing the traditionally male-dominated landscape of chiropractic) is suddenly interrupted by a vibrant pink dot. This interruption disrupts the established pattern, symbolizing the growing influence of women within the field. As the animation unfolds, the pink dot rises and takes flight, representing the momentum of women shaping the profession today while inspiring future generations to continue reimagining what chiropractic can become.
